    Good info on the differences betweent he two cuts smoking B. I tried to throw you a thumbs up but my computer isn't letting me. Will try again later.

    How would pecan pellets be for pp? 

    I used pitmasters last time, but I am almost out.

    Pecan is great for PP. It's very versatile. I love using it on a lot of things from Brisket to cheese.

    This is what I ended up with.

    Skin removed, left the shank. Wasnt much of a shank on it.

    Dont know why the pics are sideways, but I am waiting on the wife to get home so I can finish making the rub for it.
