Brother-in-law law asked if I can do pulled pork for his wedding party. I got one butt at 12lbs and another at 5lbs. Started the smoker at 21:30 and let it smoke the large butt throughout the night. Woke up at 5:00 and placed the small butt and the large butt was at 146 IT. Wrapped both butts with foil when they reached 160 and then let them cook till 205 IT at noontime.

I almost messed them up though as my Maverick thermometer is off! It seemed weird the temp stopped rising above 170 so I used another probe to check and boy was it off!
