Here's what Ive done to finish off in the oven a coople times. Pre heat oven, DO and small baking dish to 225, with 1/4 c the liquid of your choice. Have the baking dish upside down. Your only useing it for a stand. Depending on the temp you put your pork in the oven
Sounded a little funny when I reread this. Any how check about every 1 1/2 hrs or so. When your desired temp is reached let let rest for another 1/2 hour. Remember you temp will raise another 5 to 10 degrees during the resting period. Either pull in the DO with all that good juice or Pull in different container and add juice as needed.
