Hello All,
I am a newbie and I am working on my first smoker build. It is a 250 gallon propane tank reverse flow. I am coming along on the progress and I am about to take on the firebox task. I ran the calculations through Feldon's and with my measurements, the throat size was specified as 21.46 inches for a half moon. I do not want to take anything for granted and want to be sure, I configure it correctly. I assume that the 21.46 is referring to the straight portion of the cut (that would be the center line if it were a full circle and not a half moon). Is that a correct statement?
