New to Smoking

I have been a prolific griller for more than 35 years. Some years as much as 200+ nights a year. I would even shovel a path to my grill after heavy Colorado snowfalls.
I just received a Traeger Eastwood Smoker from my children for Father's Day. My first adventure in Smoking is about 20 minutes from completion. It looks great. We will see about the taste in a short while.

Hi Al,

My guests absolutely loved the Baby Backs and the "Smoked Mac & Cheese". My only problem is what to try for my second adventure.

Chicken or turkey is great smoked and easy to do.
