I have an older model and the two side vents come in handy. if the temp gets too high, you can open one or both, depending upon need. Also, if it is windy, you can close the vent on the windy side.

Question.. I just put my SH Pro 44 from Sams together The grease tray underneath does not even cover half the hole.. Anyone out there do anything different down there... Thanks for any and all ideas...
