Hello All!  I just found this forum but have been smoking on a large Big Green Egg for almost 8 years.  I don't cook every week but almost.  I live in Grayson, Georgia but am originally from a very small town in Louisiana.  I am a certified BBQ judge in the Georgia Barbeque Association, Memphis Barbeque Network and KCBS.  I like BBQ!  I look forward to getting some great information and tips on this forum so I can become a better cook.  Who knows, maybe I can even contribute a little knowledge and advise from time to time.  Thanks for letting me join.
