Just picked up a MES digital (slowly learning all these new acronyms) from Cabela's.
Couldn't pass it up for $100 after the rebate!
Planning on trying it out tomorrow with a mixture of things.
I see people taking about all sorts of modifications. It will take awhile to search and concur everything that can be done to improve my smoker.
Looking forward to getting it all figured out soon, I've got lots of elk meat, some of which is begging to get smoked..... glad I found this sight, should save me lots of time and hopefully save me from ruining to much meat in the process.
Any quick tips would be greatly appreciated!
