My name is Kyle and I live in eastern Nebraska, and as my name implies, I feed cattle and farm. We grow corn, soybeans, and hay. We buy feeder cattle anywhere from 500-750 lbs and feed them out all the way. Since we feed them out I always have an abundance of meat to cook! I have been smoking for a couple years now and I use a Masterbuilt electric smoker, but i converted it into charcoal after my heating element burned up. I like smoking about everything from beef to pork to poultry and other things. This site has been a great source of information for me in the past and I look forward to using it even more in the future! Also, as a cattleman, I would like to thank everyone on this site for consuming the products that I and other livestock producers work to make!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a sunny, warm and windy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.          Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Welcome from SC, Kyle. It's really good to have you here on this great site. It's my pleasure to eat cows. I try to do my part. If God didn't want us to eat cows, He wouldn't have made them so easy to catch.
