Anyway, seasoned with Owens bbq wing seasoning.



Fired up the drum.









This seasoning isn't only good on wings. Great on ribs too. Maybe beef? Yup that's next.

I was a bit Confused...I wonder why the Butcher labeled them that way. They are the same thing and the name is interchageable but folks are so much more familier with the name Baby Back Ribs from Chili's commercials and will pay a premium...

Here loin ribs have more meat on them then baby backs. I think they have more of the loin meat on them?

Good looking ribs--Baby Back or Loin or Whatever--still good looking ribs.  You really get a nice smoke ring in your UDS.

I never buy BB not enough meat for me.But if I see the loin rib I will try them

Around here they're priced about the same. BBs are on sale a lot. They call them " Back Ribs" now, though. The whole labeling system has gotten really confusing...
