Hello, MY NAME IS JOE I'M FROM EAST TEXAS. I HAVE A MES 30" AND AN BRADLEY SMOKER ORIGINAL 30". LOOKING TO PURCHASE AN MES 40" GEN 2.5.DONT NEED THE BLUETOOTH OR MEAT PROBE BECAUSE I HAVE THE I-GRILL WITH 2 MEAT PROBE AND ONE AMBIENT TEMP PROBE BUT HAVE HEARD REALLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS ELECTRIC SMOKER. ANY ADVISE BEFORE PURCHASING WOULD BE APPRECIATED...
