When you are on the Home Page and not logged in it shows this up near the top

Well I think the "Chat" in the last line is misleading as its not actually a chat program. Not sure what it should read but I know chat isn't it. Our members who are used to the site now may take that as entering the chat program.

Speaking of Chat Program any updates on it with the new platform?

I don't think we will have an integrated version anytime soon.. there are some other options that we will be investigating soon.

Just as soon as we launch we will start trying to nail something down to take care of the itch to chat.. it just won't be integrated but it will give folks a place to all go.

You'll just have to login first.

When I was active in the Cooking Club of America forums, we used to have a chat room set up under MSN. We had to sign up for it and then log in to chat.

It's been nearly a year since I've been on the CCA site and I'm not sure if they are still using MSN for their chat.
