New guy here. Relatively new to smoking. Have plenty of grill (gas and charcoal) experience but have always wanted to do shoulders or briskets. I posted my experience for my first Boston Butts along with photos but I don't know where it went. I was on the "roll call" thread (so I thought) but either my post failed to make it up, or I screwed something up. Anyway, here to learn. I do it all for fun and love to see people eat my food!
