I'm Gary and I live just south of Tampa. I've been using a 40" MES for about a year now and have visited SMF many times for tips. Great stuff and thank you to the community for sharing knowledge. I've smoked ribs, chicken, sausage, and pork butt and will look for new foods to try to mix it up.
