I'm Gary and I live just south of Tampa.  I've been using a 40" MES for about a year now and have visited SMF many times for tips. Great stuff and thank you to the community for sharing knowledge. I've smoked ribs, chicken, sausage, and pork butt and will look for new foods to try to mix it up.

I do have a question to ask...anyone have a suggestion for a wireless thermometer?

Glad to have you join the group.

For a long time Maverick was the therm everybody used, and it is still widely used.

I have a couple 732's myself.

However lately there has been an explosion in new therms hitting the market.

Some expensive, some not so!

I'm sure you will get a lot of people chiming in on this one.
