Hi all,

I've been smoking for about 20 years or so, started out using a Weber then a CharBroil horizontal grill. After burning a hole in the bottom of my last grill I decide it was time to step up a notch and bought a Oklahoma Joe Highland. Not the top of the line, but definitely a HUGE step up from my last one!  Looking forward to learning everyone's tips and tricks!
