Hello everyone. Finally got a smoker to add to my arsenal and I've been reading through a lot of what ya'll have had to say on the topic. I got a 30" electric Masterbuilt electric smoker. I'm from South Dakota and will mainly be smoking venison and pork. Really appreciate everyone's input and willingness to help!
