First Time Ribs

I put them on a half hour ago and the temp is holding steady around 225.

I added some foil to make a baffle on the firebox side because I noticed that side was quite warmer than the other end when I seasoned it.

Hopefully this afternoon I'll have some tasty ribs to eat!
 
I just wrapped them up in foil. The meat started pulling back right at 3 hours so everything looks great so far. I'll keep you guys posted.
 
I used the 3-2-1 method. Here are the results. The meat is just ready to fall off the bone....and they taste great. I used the rub and spritzed with apple juice every hour and them put some in the foil when I wrapped them up.
