Just got home from work. This is how I'm enjoying your play-by-play [emoji]128521[/emoji] Looks a lot better than the chicken my wife has in the crockpot right now. Just don't tell her that.
 
 

Pastrami is done wrapped it in foil and put it in a cooler to rest before i cut into it
