Well the ribs were so long, I thought it might be better to cut them in half to fit on the grill better. I had to bend a few of the slabs to get them to fit.
Once they're in the foil you can stack them on top of each other if space becomes an issue. After foiling your basically just setting the sauce.
There are many different ways to smoke things. None are wrong - it's just a matter of finding the way that works best for your tastes and equipment. Again nice job.
