Chicken Wing Monday!

Another beautiful morning, so, I slow mesquite grilled some chicken wings. Just a little Kosher salt and granulated garlic and onto the grill!

Cooking chicken over fire is a low fire / slow process!

Cooked to perfect, perfection - no need for any kind of sauce whatsoever! Has a great mesquite grilled flavor!

Man that was good - and I have 4-wings left over for dinner!

Some fine looking wings RS. Mesquite is a little strong for my taste on poultry, but I can't argue with your results.
