Cheeze Burgers

My buddy cheeze made these, I just smoked'em.

Well alright, I ate them too 

(Don't have a STUFZ yet)

Started with a burger pattie and some precooked bacon

Threw on some cheese and placed another pattie on top

Smoked with lump and pecan

Once they hit 145º we threw more cheese on top

All melted and ready to go

Gotta have some Bearview

Dang neighbor ..the yellow wasps here pack a punch.

Got one between my toes Sunday and the whole foot is still swollen up..

Now that I have my own grinders I can make my own DB's. Do you add beef fat to yours?

The camera takes decent pics, Not bad for $100 bucks.

Yellow jackets aren't in season quite yet.

I know the difference as I am somewhat allergic to bee stings..

It was one of these barstards

Paper wasp, Polistes spp. It is usually yellow with brown markings or black with red or yellow markings. These wasps are aggressive and they readily sting.

The deerburgers we always have, my son gets from much of his couple deer a year (only one last year).

He gets his cut up at a small local butcher shop, and he gets the deerburger ground & mixed there.

I forget the formula, but I believe there is both Pork & Beef mixed in. I'll see if I can find out.

LOL---I just ordered 2 bellies from that same butcher---should be in tomorrow!  I'm out of Belly Bacon, and my tomato plants are growing!!!
