加拿大培根: Canadian Bacon

My hard working right hand man,Wong Chang took a well deserved fishing vacation in Canada not long ago.Here he is after a day of fishing.

He told me of this ham he had there that they called back bacon.He was very puzzled.I told him I would make some for him to carve and eat.He was very happy.I decided to make a regular and a SPOG.The SPOG is on the left.
