Pros - good construction, wind proof, hefty burner
    Cons - leaks grease
This is my 2nd smoker and I love it.... plenty of room for as much as I want to load into it.

Only drawback that I have seen is that the water pan is too small to catch all the grease that drips from the meat... thus it drips out on the ground under the smoker.

Mine must be a fluke, the door thermometer is within 5 degrees of my Maverick thermometer....

Pros - Pretty easy to use for a newbie, doesn't use a lot of propane
Cons - door thermometer was way off
Got my Smoke Hollow for Christmas as a gift from my wife. I got it seasoned and then had to cover it up and wait for some really cold weather to pass. Snow and rain and just not nice to be out there for my first smoke. Assembly was pretty easy but their "captured" nuts are not good. One came loose that holds the burner on and I ended up having to drill it out and replace it with a regular nut.

I started with a 3 pound meatloaf. Outside it was 42 degrees and wind blowing 30mph. Even though the smoker was in the lee of the house, the wind was making the smoker temp vary wildly. I had to erect a windbreak from some solid core doors I had layin' around. That worked.

Using the Maverick ET-732 to monitor temps I found the door thermometer was 54 degrees low when I ran at 244 smoker temp. The door therm read 190. ET-732 probe was about 4 inches away from the door probe. With the windbreak the temp only varied a few degrees. Six hours and 45 minutes later the meatloaf came out, I switched from hickory to apple wood and put in a pair of 5 pound roasting chickens (brined 8 hours and only EVOO as a "rub"). Raised smoker temp to 325. Two and a half hours later the chickens came out.  So this smoker was running well over 9 hours straight and I still have enough propane to do it again and probably some more after that.

The temperature on mine is real "twitchy" at low temp. I can hold 235 once I get it set, but getting it set is real touchy as the control is super sensitive. Seems you touch it and aren't even sure it moved and the temp goes 10 degrees.

The meatloaf was amazing as were the 2 chickens. And it wasn't me that did it. I strugglged at first with the wind. The smoker did all the work and I am extremely pleased with the performance, ease of adding chips/chunks and water while running, and how miserly it is on gas.

So even thoug it has a couple quirks, I rate this overall as a 5-star. None of the quirks was hard to overcome, even for a first timer. And the results were spectacular.
