Pros - portable, sturdy, easy removal ash tray
Cons - Does not maintain heat well, I've heard it is a pain to put together (I got it already put together)
With the pros and cons stated, overall, this grill is great! My dad had it for 7 years out exposed to the environment in the rain, sun, ice, dirt, you name it without much use. When I moved after college I took this grill with me because of the size. I've had it for 2 years and have become a huge fan of grilling and smoking. Although this grill does not maintain heat well I made some minor modifications to it. Simple modifications that only required heavy duty foil paper. I added foil to the edges of the lid and to the edges of the actual grill itself where lid closes. This was see if it would maintain the heat/temp. With in minutes heat temp rose and I had to adjust the vents to bring it down to my desired temp. It also retained more smoke as it was coming out from all openings. Now it just comes out from the actual top vent making this a nice litte smoker.

I have smoked country style ribs, baby backs, spare ribs, chicken and let me tell you.... once you get the hang of it and modify it, it makes for some great cooking. Next I want to give it a practice run with a small whole bird, Boston pork butt, and a small brisket cut in half. NOTE: The size of the grill does not allow you to smoke baby backs or spares with out cutting them in half. You can still smoke a full rack you just have to cut it in half. I have grilled fajita, chicken wings, chicken breasts, steaks, potatoes, corn, and burgers. I have BBQ for wife, myself, and 8 other friends with no problem. Of course if you're going to smoke something indirect for 10 people I do not recommend this. The times I have smoked ribs is because another buddy of mine brings his weber and we pump out the stuff we aren't smoking quick and use mine for smoking or vice versa.

Ash tray makes it easy for clean ups. However grease and gunk still managers to get under the ash tray. It's no big deal, I usually clean it out every 3-5 times. Wheels are made out of cheap plastic but like I said my dad had it out exposed to the environment and 7 years later the wheels are still on with no sign of breaking or anything.

Over all this grill is great! I love it! I've used it so many times and it works great. Couple of friends are actually thinking of getting the bigger version of this. This isn't your top of the line, made out of heavy duty gauge steel but it gets the job done.

My neighbor has this bbq pit... can't comment on how good the pit is, but the food always smells good!  I think the construction and materials of this pit make all of your meat fat free... the guy only weighs 95 lbs
