    Cooking a shoulder without foil

    Hey guys, I'm planning on doing a 4 pound shoulder on the WSM tomorrow and I'm just wondering how long it should take, at 275 without foil. It usually takes 6 hours when I foil at 160. Asking this because I'm making supper and want to figure out how much time to allot for cooking. Thanks

    New to the Forums

    I'm not good with introductions. Got a WSM at 13, figured out how to use the darn thing properly at 16 and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Thought I'd join the forums since why not?
