    I smoked this yummy bird for about 31/2 hrs around 250/ 275 on my WSM. It tasted great but should it be this dark???

    First Brisket on WSM (5lbs)

    Hello Everyone Im going to try and smoke my first brisket tomorrow for Mothers day.It weighs about 5 LBS, how long roughly will she take to cook?Going to smoke with some mesquite wood chunks. Temp? around 225 250ish? Thanks
