    Hello from Colorado

    Just bought my first ever smoker this last Saturday.  Got a used MES from Craigslist for $75 and smoked my first batch of chicken thighs on Sunday.  Do have to say it was the best chicken I have ever had.  Now I am eyeing my chicken coop and salivating.  LOL Tonight will smoke some fish. Barry
