    I need an inexpensive probe that can get into the 200* range. This one has presets but can be reprogrammed. I don't know if that means it can go higher. Anyone have experience with this probe?

    ABTs on the Traeger with Qview

    I must say I love how evenly the T cooks. These turned out way better than on my stick burner. I used shredded cheddar and cream cheese for the filling and maple bacon. Tasty!

    Electric briquette starter?

    Would one of those hoop style electric briquette starters work for cold smoking or would it get too hot? Also I have an offset smoker. Would I use the firebox or put the wood under the cheese?

    Yet another first time fattie

    My first attempt at a weave Nothing fancy here Just about done All done! Took about 2 hours 45 minutes to get to 167 IT I finished it off in the oven cuz I was not real happy with how limp and raw the bacon seemed on the inside. Paranoid maybe?
