    First try at a pork loin

    Here was my first shot at the pork loin.. It was about 5lbs. It was a spur of the moment deal, so I didn't season and let it sit over night just applied mustard, brown sugar, and a few other seasons.. I cooked it in my mes30 at about 230 for 4 hours until IT of 145. Turned out great!
