Not as much smoke flavor as I hoped for in the breast meat, but all of the dark meat was good and tasty...
On a side note, the smoke flavor came through in spades today when we made our chicken breast sandwiches... Go figure...
All I did is turn hook on the closure latch on the left hand side twice counter-clockwise (losen it a little).
