    I was reading this weeks newsletter and tring to determine what Jeff used for toppings in the picture of the pulled pork tacos. Cilantro? Almost looks like feta cheese... Anyone know? Thanks.

    I have been watching some shows on my roku about smoking. Pbs has BBQ with Franklin and Steven Raichlen's project Smoke. Netflix has Underground bbq challenge. Anyone know of anyother bbq shows?

    Picnic Roast

    Beef Ribs.

    Picked up 3 racks of ribs.  They went in the smoker at 9AM.  Half the ribs will be done in a North Carolina vinegar mop sauce and the other in a KC BBQ sauce. I'm using hickory chips and the smoker is set at 225.

    I smoked a TrTip Roast the other day. 2.57lbs, i picked up for at $7.32/lbs I put a basic BBQ rub on it. It was 60 degrees out and I used hickory chips in the smoker which I set to 220 degrees I kept it in for just under 3hours and pulled it at 145 degrees.  I would have pulled it...
