    If you look online, there are tons of ideas for cold temperature smoking.  You might have luck using a wind break, or by finding a thermal "jacket" for your smoker.  You may have to get creative, but if you protect your smoker from excessive heat loss, you'll be able to smoke all winter long...

    I've been smoking for a few years now.  First with a gas Brinkmann, which I did not like.  I actually got rid of it and didn't have a smoker for a couple years.  I got back into it with a buddy of mine.  We did a couple contests using 2 ugly drums and a weber kettle.  They really performed well...
