    What is the best blender or device to mix rub in?

    I Do a bit of catering etc, have a large trailer mounted rig. I mix my Rub about 15 LBS at a time. this is about 3/4 of a 5 gallon bucket. I have been using a Scepter ODD Job 7 gallon mixer. roll it back and forth on a counter for about 5 minute then transfer to 1 gallon buckets for storage.  ...
