    1 1/2 lbs and 2 lbs.  SPOG 3 1/2 hrs 4 hrs,160ish IT, wrapped with beef broth added.. Pulled at IT of 200 and rested for 1 1/2 hrs........then brisket calzone

    Got it the end of summer beginning of fall.Fired it up once I think before cold weather set in. With my type of work I am very busy in the winter months,so didn't even try to fire it up. Have to wait til things slow down a bit.
