First time smoker, long time carnivore, i decided one day to throw a couple bucks worth of apple wood chips on my propane 6 burner for some ribs and i was hooked, picked up a Brinkman pitmaster 2 days later for $5 and cleaned it up a bit, let the games begin!!!
