    I tried the oak wood coal .. the wood on the ground is from something else iwas doing

    Its a full size 20lb propane tank and the pipe going from the tank to the smoker in a 5in x 2.5 square tube steel.. I thought about putting a small blower to help push the heat over...or try bigger pices of wood but idk

    Hello everyone. . I'm new to smoking so I wanted to make my own smoker just to start at the very beginning. . So I made one from a 55gal drum and used a propane tank for a side hot box.. now I'm hoping to find a little help.. and maybe help someone else along the way.. thanks
