Just placed order, Smokin-It #2
I just placed my order for a shiny brand spanking new Smokin-It Model 2 Electric Smoker. Also ordered the cart, cord hook, chip insert, and some more wood. First serious smoke with Charbroil Vertical Electric Smoker, ribs
Hi all. Today is my first serious attempt at using my smoker. Last week i did a small pork roast, good flavor but not enough fat, so to me, dry.
