    that is my favorite verse in the Bible! Now for the serious question. I am Ready to buy a Smoker. Its down to "The Good One" or The Big Green Egg. I 'm new to smoking. Took a class on smoking given by vhris Marks. He sells The Good One. I also want to grill steaks, chops etc.

    Grilling on A SMOKER

    I was determined to buy a big Geen Egg because it is so flexible for smoking and grilling. I was looking at Weber Smokey Mtn. Much cheaper. How do you get coals close to meat if using it as a grill? will it get as hot as BGE for searing meat, cooking Pizza?
