    Just ordered the amps for my mes30..(tired of adding chips every 30-45 minutes).... Any tips on where to put the tray in the smoker? What about airflow...leave the old wood-loading tube in...remove it completely/etc? so my understanding is fill the tray with the pellets..light one end of...
