    MES 30 @ Gander Mountain?

    Have been lurking for awhile, I have done the soldering iron / tin can method for smoking cheese, and then stepped up to the AMPS 5x8 placed in a Little Chief smoker cabinet... works great for smoked cheese by the way. I would like to try for more quantity, and try my hand at various meats...

    Lurker checking in

    Stumbled across your site a while back... Have cold smoked 15-20# of cheese with the soldering iron/can set up. The folks at work laughed at the set up, but they don't have any problems eating the results. Thanks for the site.
