    black walnut for smoking and grilling?

    I have used Black Walnut with GREAT results. I use specifically on tri tip roast with charcoal briquettes (on a Weber Kettle). Not a true "smoke"., but used more for a hot short smoke. The flavor is amazing!! Give it a try (Note.... It works GREAT with beef, but not so well with pork, fish or fowl)
