    After my arm being twisted (thank you by the way!) I got my smoke box yesterday and tested it out on some kielbasa. Boy does it smoke! When I get home tonight, I got 2 pork shoulders that is rubbed up that will be put in the smoker. Getting very excited!

    These are bone in country ribs, marinated in A1 New York Steakhouse marinade, smoking with mesquite chips.
