    Time to start the chilli

    Thought id better get my finger out and make it seeing as it takes a couple of days to make and im away a lot this month.     trying first brisket today

    dry rubbed them last night look and smell good its only a 2lbs brisket theres only the 2 of us so its plenty big enough and done a couple of rack of ribs aswell one rubbed and one with my special sauce woke up to this today its a bit damp at least  no one will have there washing hung out
