    ribs turned out good texture wise but still tweeking my rub. A little bland. But still good. The vanilla coke was a good additive.

    Mmm. Those sound good. I didn't check on here before it was time so I just put about a 1/4 cup of a Sam Adams in the foil! Lol I did think about some apple cider vinegar. We will see how that turns out. The hops should impart some good aromatic flavor. Ill let u guys know.

    It was good. I think ill delete the cinnamon & cut the paprika in half but overall good. I smoked it to almost 160 degrees. It was on the virge of starting to get dry. Think ill pull it out around 150-155 next time. I did wrap it in foil & a towel and let it rest in a cooler for an hr when done...
