    Question on temp

    I cooked a pork butt the other day. I set the MES40 at 225* it ran between 235* to 245* no big deal cause I used my maverick. but once the meats IT hit 170* the MES kept going to 255*-260* is this because the meat was hotter than when I stared?

    Timing Question?

    I only smoke one thing at a time when I smoke! I'm going to be attempting to smoke 3 things this time. So my question is on timing. I'm smoking a turkey breast, a ham & Jeffs smoked Mac n cheese. So any and all suggestions from fellow QHeads well be appreciated!! :grilling_smilie:

    Hello from Grand Lake,here in Oklahoma!!

    I am going to be doing a planked meatloaf on my weber kettle here in just a bit! Does anyone have any pointers or tricks for doing this? How did your turn out?
