    Hour and a half in, smoking between 300 and 325.  Internal Temp 140.

    Took the lazy way out and and just grabbed a package of marinated pollo asado from the local vallarta.  Cooked them up with some ABTs and asparagus and I tell you what!!! Success!  Came out surprisingly amazing!  Will def do this again!
