    Smoking some chicken halves!

Just put on some chicken halves seasoned with a sweet and smoky rub. My Cajun Injector electric smoker only goes to 275, so I'm gonna have to crisp the skin under the broiler. I think they're gonna turn out nicely. Pics to follow.

Looking for advice on my first turkey..

I have a Cajun Injector electric smoker and am looking to smoke a whole turkey soon. My smoker has a max temp of 275. I'm curious about any rubs and wood types that are recommended. Also, I'd like to know about the approximate cook time per pound at 275. ANY ADVICE is greatly appreciated! Thanks...

    WSM vs. Char Griller Akorn

I'm looking to buy my first charcoal smoker and I'm stuck between the Weber Smokey Mountain and Char Griller Akorn. I know the WSM has a huge following, but the Akorn appeals to me more because of high heats for grilling. Need some opinions based on experiences. Logan
