I'm going to try to make some smoked boneless skinless chicken breasts tonight. I know not everyone likes to smoke these since they dry out fairly easily. But I'm thinking they should be pretty quick and therefore won't make don't too late.
These are the biggest chicken breasts I've ever seen...
Our father's day meal turned out to be a success! With my first "big" smoke now under my belt, I'm looking for what's next. I know that I will be doing chicken breasts again for the 4th of July. But I think I will need more practice! :rolleyes:

And here's is the Final result! They have a beautiful smoke ring. Next time, I will do some injecting to more flavor deeper in. But for my first time, I can't complain! The bark is amazing!

5 hours in and temps are 147.6 and 151.2.

Well, we are about 2 hours in. Had a wicked storm roll through for about 45 minutes. My temp was obviously all over the place for a while. I'm hoping it was early enough that it won't matter too much.
