    Thanks for your suggestions guys, so here's where I stand: I bought these 7.5 lbs beauties at Publix and decided to brine them for something different. In they go! I used h2o, salt, molasses and apple juice. Out they come! The tips were frozen where they had ice on top of them, but good...
