    I had my first smoking experience today and boy was I nervous but at the end everything went perfect and I can't wait to smoke again I used hickory wood chips but I think next time I'm going to try maple or apple. I just figured I would share. Doesn't look like much but OMG delicious

    Newbie

    I'm new to all of this. I no absolutely nothing but am vary eager to learn. I am making a charcoal smoker out of an old BBQ and am going to attempt my first smoke this weekend not sure what to start with yet but will figure something out. I still need to get all things necessary for the smoker.
